Dear Valued Patient,
This day marks one year since we decided to close our office due to coronavirus (COVID-19). As we researched and navigated through that time, we made our patients our highest priority to always seek the utmost standards for your health and safety. Our office was able to re-open in May with the guidance of the U.S. Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Through this past year, we have confidently taken every precaution to have patients feel safe at each appointment during these unprecedented times.
Our office simply wants to say thank you for trusting us and coming into each appointment. We are beyond thankful for the support we have seen from our patients.
Because of all of the precautions that we have taken and with your cooperation, our patients and our staff have stayed safe and healthy during this difficult time. While we are thrilled about the declining numbers and hope that they continue to decline, we continue to practice our stringent infection control policies. We also want to remind you that each patient is still pre-screened with COVID-19 related questions in addition to everyone that comes to our office having their temperature taken. Our office policy still remains that everyone wear a mask while in the office and maintain social distancing measures.
It is our goal to continue to provide a safe place for our patients to get the dental work that they need, as well as a safe place for us to work. We thank you again for your support and cooperation in achieving this goal.
Please call our office at 704-596-6767 if you have any questions or concerns.
With gratitude,
Dr. Greg Reece and Dentistry of the Queen City staff
