This was a terrific result for this patient. I’m sure most people have seen someone with a partial denture where you can see the wire clasps holding them in place. Not only is it not the most esthetic choice but it can be damaging to the remaining teeth they have. Precision partial dentures are a solution to this problem and such a great way to replace teeth. By using a combination of crowns, attachments and removable prosthetics, we were able to provide this patient a fantastic smile where you cannot see where the prosthetic ends and her teeth and gum tissue begins. And more importantly, a functional result where she can eat with maximum stability of the restoration we gave her.
