What a difference a single tooth can make! This was a neat one because of the difference in the surrounding tissue since the crown was originally placed. This patient broke his tooth as a child and had it repaired. As he continued to grow, the tooth continued to erupt and exposed more tooth structure. The patient was ready to fix it to where you cannot tell if it was a crown or a natural tooth, and we were happy to help him out. Credit to the dynamite ceramics by Shoji Suruga @BVDL made this crown disappear into his smile!
