A Message Regarding Patient Safety & COVID-19

At Dentistry of the Queen City, our highest priority will always be the health and safety of our patients and staff. Our office is continuing to make modifications and follow the guidance of the U.S. Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

We pre-screen with COVID-19-related questions and take the temperature of everyone entering our office. We ask our patients to remain in their car and call our office once they arrive so that one of our staff members can come get them.

If you have a face mask or face covering, we ask you to wear it as an added precaution, as recommended by the CDC. One will be provided to you if you do not have one available. While in the office, we also ask that you maintain social distancing from staff whenever possible.
